  • Individual session - $185
  • Couple or family session - $185
  • Group Session – $75
  • 30-minute maintenance session - $85 (special circumstances)
  • Comprehensive mental health assessment - $250.00
  • Collateral Sessions - $25.00 per 15 minutes
  • Non-Clinical Services - $25.00 per 15 minutes
  • Life Coach sessions - $75 (30 Minutes) $90 (45 Minutes)
  • Maintenance session - $85 (30 Minutes)-Special Circumstances

Our self-pay options for individual therapy range from $110-$125 per session. Sliding scale rates are dependent on need and are income-based. For further information, please inquire within.

Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the provider with prior notification to the client.

Accepted Insurance

Mindful Healing Counseling participates with many major insurance companies. Each Clinician participates with specific insurance plans. Please get in touch with our office at 386-402-8346 to find out which provider is in-network with your insurance plan. If your therapist is not in-network with your insurance, we can provide you with a detailed receipt of your services. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to obtain partial reimbursement for your therapy expenses. You can contact your insurance and inquire if you have out-of-network benefits.

We are in the process of becoming networked with several other insurance panels. Please contact us to discuss insurance acceptability further.

Now Seeking Contracted Independent Licensed Clinicians and Accepting Interns

Clinicians are required to:
  • Be licensed or becoming licensed within a year.
  • Have a minimum of three years of clinical experience within a general or specialized field of clinical therapy.
  • Work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Interns are required to:
  • Be a graduate student.
  • Have a minimum of 900 hours of graduate clinical experience.
  • Be in their advanced stage of their degree.
  • Be able to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to the internship.
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
